While I have always thought that racism should be illegal(and punishable by the death penalty), there is something else I thought of. Shouldn't it be legal to kill someone who smokes around you?
I know you are thinking what a stupid question, but if you were attacked by someone with a knife and you stabbed them and they died, it would be called self defense. If someone smokes around you, technically they are killing you, so shouldn't it also be legal to choke them in self defense.
Not sure if this has been tried in a court case involving someone with a rage problem, because I could never see anyone just killing someone over cigarette smoke. With the volatile days we are entering, it is only a matter of time before it happens. Of course if you have read this and do it, you will not win the case because it will be pre-meditated.
